Directly connected to Vienna's largest shopping and entertainment center is the ARCOTEL Donauzentrum. City, work, shopping, nature, leisure, and sports – all in one place. That is why it is the meeting point for young professionals, city travelers, and shopping enthusiasts.

Arriving by Public Transport

The ARCOTEL Donauzentrum is located right next to the U1 subway station Kagran, making it easily accessible by public transport. The tram stop for line 25 and several bus lines (22 A, 26 A, 27 A, 93 A, 94 A, Vienna Airport Lines) are also in close proximity and within walking distance.

From Vienna's Train Stations to the Hotel From Vienna's main train station (Hauptbahnhof), take the U1 subway line towards Leopoldau to Kagran. From Westbahnhof, take the U3 subway line towards Simmering to Stephansplatz, then change to the U1 line towards Leopoldau to Kagran. From Praterstern station, take the U1 subway line towards Leopoldau to Kagran. It is just a few minutes' walk from the Kagran subway station to the hotel.

From Vienna Airport to the Hotel The Vienna Airport Lines bus runs directly from Vienna International Airport (Schwechat) to the ARCOTEL Donauzentrum Vienna. The "Donauzentrum" stop is directly in front of the hotel.

Hotel A-Z
The hotel entrance, restaurant, bar, and rooms are all step-free. Wheelchair users benefit from wide elevator and room doors, under-sink washbasins, and cosmetic mirrors at face height in selected rooms.
We are happy to provide you with a European-standard adapter for the duration of your stay. Please contact reception.
Each room has individually adjustable air conditioning.
All 158 rooms and suites are equipped with allergy-friendly mattresses and bedding. Our food and beverage offerings are labeled with allergens and additives. If you have any further questions, our team will be happy to help.
Several ATMs and bank branches are located at Westfield Donauzentrum.
If you need a baby cot or high chair, please contact our staff. We’ll gladly provide them depending on availability.

Saloon

The Saloon in the Donauzentrum is a popular restaurant for steak and rib lovers, served in an authentic Western atmosphere. On select days, live bands provide entertainment, with free entry.
