All of our 217 hotel rooms and suites are equipped with allergy-friendly mattresses and bed linens. Additionally, our food and beverage offerings are labeled with allergens and additives. If you have further questions, our team is happy to assist.
Our rooms are available for check-in from 3:00 p.m. and for check-out until 12:00 p.m. If you wish for an early check-in or late check-out, we can arrange this for you depending on availability and for an additional charge. Please contact reception for assistance.

If you require medical assistance or need to find a specialist nearby, our reception team will be happy to provide information. In case of a medical emergency, dial "2000" for the reception or "112" for emergency services.
There are three elevators near the reception area that will take you to any floor of the hotel. Please activate the elevator with your room card before selecting the floor you wish to go to.
If you need a baby crib or highchair, please contact our staff. We are happy to provide these items based on availability.

The hotel entrance, cafe & bar, Restaurant FACETTE, and the rooms are all accessible without barriers. For wheelchair users, we have two rooms designed for people with disabilities. For availability, please contact reception.
The Rubin Bar is available to our hotel guests from Monday to Saturday, from 4:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Hot dishes are served from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The bar is located on the ground floor.

The hotel is equipped with fire detection systems. If the evacuation alarm sounds, please leave the building immediately. Each floor is equipped with designated fire escape stairways.

We do not offer currency exchange for foreign currencies at the hotel. The nearest currency exchange office is located at the Reisebank at the central station.

From ARCOTEL Rubin, you can easily reach all of Hamburg. The following public transport connections serve the location: U1 Lohmühlenstraße. All other U- and S-Bahn lines can be found at the central station.
Take advantage of the parking facilities in the public garage connected to the hotel, offering 98 spaces, including 4 EV charging stations. Elevators provide direct access to the hotel lobby or your floor. Parking fees are EUR 4.00 per hour, with the daily rate of EUR 24.00 automatically applied for stays of 4 hours or more. As the garage is publicly accessible, reservations cannot be made.
Smoking is prohibited in the hotel rooms as well as throughout the hotel. Failure to comply may result in a charge of EUR 350 for cleaning. E-cigarettes are also not permitted.
If the weather changes unexpectedly, we are happy to provide you with an umbrella. Please contact reception for this.
Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day. Dial "2000" to be connected directly.
A safe is available in each room for the secure storage of your valuables, free of charge. The hotel is not liable for jewelry or valuables not stored in the safe. Legal liability is limited, and no claims can be made beyond that. If you need additional space or if your valuables exceed the amount of EUR 1,500.00, please contact reception.
A shoe cleaning machine is available in the lobby. A polishing sponge is available at reception.
For your safety, access to the guest floors is only possible via the elevator, which can only be operated with your key card. In addition, our external doors are locked from 10:00 p.m. Please use your key card to enter the hotel. Card readers are located at both the main and side entrances.

Hamburg offers numerous sights waiting to be discovered. We would like to introduce you to a few of them briefly.
Elbphilharmonie:
The Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg's impressive concert hall, is an architectural masterpiece offering stunning views of the city. From ARCOTEL Rubin, you can reach the Elbphilharmonie in about 25 minutes: Walk 10 minutes to the U3 station Berliner Tor, take the train towards Kellinghusenstraße, and get off at Baumwall after five stops. From there, it's just a few minutes on foot.
Speicherstadt:
From the Elbphilharmonie, it's about a 16-minute walk to the Speicherstadt, a historic warehouse complex and UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its impressive architecture and numerous museums.
Landungsbrücken:
You can leisurely walk along the Elbe from the Elbphilharmonie to the Landungsbrücken. The Landungsbrücken are a central starting point for harbor tours and offer a great view of the port.
