ARCOTEL Wimberger is also situated near the vibrant cultural and art district MuseumsQuartier Vienna and Spittelberg, home to Vienna's most authentic pub scene.

Our 225 hotel rooms and suites are all equipped with allergy-friendly mattresses and bedding. Additionally, our food and beverage offerings are labeled with allergens and additives. For further questions, our team will be happy to assist you.

The Handwerk Restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday from 12.00 PM to 10.00 PM and Sunday from 12.00 PM to 03.00 PM. In good weather, you can find us in our shady inner courtyard. Joe's Bar is open for you from Tuesday to Saturday from 5.00 PM to 01.00 AM.
Room cleaning is available on request – simply scan the QR code in your room and select your preferred cleaning time. By doing so, you actively support our sustainability initiative "Give Bees A Chance" and help conserve resources.
Should you need an additional room key or have lost yours, please contact reception. In case of loss of the room key, no liability is assumed for items in the room and the room safe.
You can order our Handwerk dishes and drinks from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM by calling extension "840". A room service fee of EUR 4.90 applies.
A safe is available free of charge in every room for the secure storage of your valuables. The hotel assumes no liability for jewelry and valuables not stored in the safe. Vienna's largest shopping street – Mariahilfer Straße – can be reached comfortably on foot in just a few minutes via Westbahnhof. Kärntner Straße and the Goldenes Quartier can be reached with the U3 subway line – Stephansplatz station.

Smoking is prohibited in the hotel rooms and throughout the entire hotel. In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of EUR 350. There are designated smoking areas with ashtrays on the roof terrace, in our inner courtyard, and in front of the hotel.

Arrival by Car & Parking

Access to the hotel's private parking garage with 224 spaces is via the rear of the building. The daily fee is EUR 32.00. EUR 3.90 is charged for every commenced hour.

Due to the limited number of parking spaces, please understand that reservations are unfortunately not possible. Long-term parkers benefit from unlimited entry and exit and can access the garage at any time with their own parking card.

ARCOTEL Wimberger is located at Neubaugürtel 34-36, 1070 Vienna, Austria.

 

From the West: Coming from the A1, take the Vienna-Auhof exit and continue straight until you reach Margaretengürtel, then turn left towards Prague. Follow the road toward Westbahnhof/Stadthalle. The hotel is on the right side.

 

From the South: Coming from the A2, take the Center/Gürtel exit and continue straight until you reach Margaretengürtel, then turn left towards Prague. Follow the road toward Westbahnhof/Stadthalle. The hotel is on the right side.

 

Arrival by Public Transport

The "Burggasse/Stadthalle" station of the U6 and the tram stops for lines 6, 9, 18, and 49 are located directly opposite the hotel. Westbahnhof is a 5-minute walk away, with further connections to the public transport network.

 

From Vienna Airport to the Hotel

Take the airport bus to Westbahnhof. Then, take tram line 18 or 6 for one stop to the "Burggasse/Stadthalle" terminus, or walk 5 minutes towards "Urban-Loritz-Platz". Alternatively, take the S-Bahn or City Airport Train (CAT) to Wien Mitte and then the U3 towards Ottakring to reach Westbahnhof.
